The Home Clear Out Process
Prior to starting any home clear out, Christine Caroline always provides a complimentary consultation. In this consult we view the residence, discover any needs you may have, and establish a timeline for the clear out. In case things move quickly, we can work with any timeline to establish posession needs. If you are an out of town executor, do not worry as Christine takes care of everything!
- In the first part of the home clear out process, Christine completes an assesment of the home to determine the best way of liquidity. In every clear out, we maximize the dollar value of the home assests.
- The well used items which cannot be liquidated are recycled. Christine has adopted a green method of recycling which limits the amount of waste to landfills.
- Any items which are not liquidated or recycled can be donated to an establishment of choice.
