Christine will guide you through the process from start to finish. Our work starts once the home has been vacated. We can supply boxes, a moving truck and supplies if needed. We don’t pack for you or manage the move.

No, we prefer family not be present as it can become very emotional.

We don’t provide appraisals or valuations. We sort everything, sell what we can through auction houses, and refer families to independent appraisers when an item needs a professional opinion.
How much notice do you need for a home cleanout?
We book 2-3 months in advance for some clients, but normally 2-3 weeks for an average 3,000 square ft home.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve the Lower Mainland, the Fraser Valley and the Sea-to-Sky corridor. You’ll find the full list of cities under Areas We Serve. If you are outside these areas, a transportation fee may apply.
Are you able to help if I live out of country?
Absolutely. A large part of our service is dedicated to helping out-of-town and out-of-country executors. We serve families from across the United States, Europe, and Asia. We manage the entire process remotely and keep you fully informed with regular updates, photos, and video walkthroughs, so you have complete peace of mind.

Yes, we provide compassionate and discreet clean-up services for hoarding situations. We understand the sensitive nature of these projects and approach them with respect and professionalism.
